About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our client's team in the West Midlands. In this hybrid role, you will combine remote working with monthly travel to key locations across Telford, Wolverhampton and Birmingham. This is an exciting chance to work with diverse organisations, offering your expertise to enhance workplace health initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services, including case management and health assessments.
- Provide guidance on health-related workplace policies, risk management, and employee well-being.
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships and ensure a positive impact on their workforce.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive health promotion strategies.

What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse with experience in case management and health surveillance. Ideally with a qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree) but not essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel monthly within the region (travel expenses reimbursed).
- A commitment to promoting health and well-being in the workplace.
